The University of Miami Mortgage Promotional Offer is available to qualified University of Miami alumni, students, and faculty members applying for a residential mortgage loan secured by a property located in Florida and meeting applicable first-lien mortgage program requirements.
Applications must be submitted between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026 by 11:59 p.m. ET. Eligible borrowers may receive a $1,590 credit toward eligible mortgage closing costs, applied at loan funding. This credit represents a waiver of the standard underwritting fee ($595) and processing fee ($995). The credit has no cash value, may not be substituted, and is limited to one mortgage transaction per borrower. Proof of University of Miami affiliation is required prior to final loan approval. This offer may not be combined with other mortgage promotions, and CNB employees are not eligible including contractors, temporary workers, directors, and members of their immediate households.
Loan amounts exceeding the fair market value of the property may not be tax deductible. Promotional credits may have tax implications and will reduce borrower-paid eligible closing costs; promotional credits will not result in cash to the borrower. 100% financing may not include all costs required to close the loan.
